Hippy Pups Training Plan Waiver and Terms

By purchasing one of our training plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure an optimal and effective experience for your dog:

  1. Plan Compliance:
    All training plan packages must be completed within the specified time frame to optimize results. It is essential that in-home sessions are conducted as scheduled, with a maximum of one session per week.
  2. Rescheduling Sessions:
    Both the client and Hippy Pups may reschedule in-home sessions, but this is only allowed up to two times. If more than three sessions are missed, the training will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining sessions.
  3. Training Cancellation:
    If you decide not to continue with the training, please notify us in advance. A refund will be issued for the remaining days of the plan, provided prior notice is given.
  4. Responsibility and Commitment:
    At Hippy Pups, we are committed to providing a high-quality training environment. However, we are not responsible for any failures in your dog’s behavior if the established practices are not followed by the handler. Your dog’s progress depends on a mutual and consistent commitment between the training team and the handler.
